If my school transcript does not show all my test scores, and college board (as it states) does not let colleges know whether or not I used it, can they find out through LEGAL means?

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to lecture me on morality. Universities and College Board charge us thousands of dollars to apply and attend, and in the process of admissions has driven some students towards suicide and severe depression from so much stress, and for WHAT? for an education centered around tests that we forget all about once we take it. Education was supposed to be about learning, but with the emergence of elite colleges, test scores and despicable student competition has engulfed us all because universities are too selfish to realize what they are doing to students and and their lives. They are despicable, but every student has to go through them in an attempt to succeed in life. In this context, I ABSOLUTELY do NOT see any of these nefarious institutions as worthy of our “integrity”.

First, there are MANY schools which are test optional so you don’t have to fork out your $ for tests. That is YOUR choice. Third, if they find out you didn’t provide all your scores and it’s required you can be thrown out of the school.
