thanks for the advice! really wanted to go to california (a change from snowy CT) but since it’s unlikely i’ll get in to UCLA’s program (1.7% acceptance rate) UConn seems to be my best option so far
any ideas as to when admissions come out?

the open house is tomorrow. How could they still not post decisions by today?!

The open house is for the entire community, not just admitted students. It does take a lot of excitement out of the day though for those who are still waiting on a decision. My son has informed me he has too much homework this weekend and would like to skip the event. I’m bummed.

Is it normal for UCSD decisions to come out before SDSU?
Not at all @Caligirl24 . Sdsu seems to be way behind in their acceptances this year.

I’m impressed that UCLA admissions is able to process 113,000 freshman applications so quickly. SDSU received 68,000 freshman apps (93k including transfers).

SDSU only takes into consideration where you live, gpa, and sat scores. What’s taking them so long :-/
I feel like i’m gonna go insane if I don’t find out from SDSU today
Going to their event tomorrow and want to go up to the admissions tent and say I want to SIR for my prize…oh wait you haven’t sent any normal decisions yet. Hmmm.
Maybe next week for SDSU decisions? Maybe next month? Maybe before classes start in August? Hopefully before the end of Fall 18 semester so no one fails a class before learning about admission status. Have a good weekend everyone

It is called explore sdsu. If you google it you will find it. Has the times of the tours etc so you can plan your day.
