It seems like acceptances have slowed down. Does anyone know if waitlists/rejections come out soon or do we have to wait til the end of the month for those?
Just checked my portal this morning and got my acceptance! I’m out of state so I was surprised to see it as I have not seen any oos acceptances on here yet.

A bunch of people at my D’s school (high GPAs, high scores) are still “pending” for SDSU. It does seem like they slowed down today, but an admissions rep at SDSU told us they would be releasing decisions early-to-mid March. I think we will all find out soon!
I got nothing over here. Although I know three boys who got in with lower stats that my son all Undeclared. I don’t know why I missed that you can apply Undeclared. My only observation is that there are decisions all over the place with no real rhyme or reason. How many have heard for business?
@Boyandgirlmom I think a few in the thread posted acceptances for business-related majors, but there are a few highly qualified students at my D’s high school who are business and still pending. It almost looks like they are releasing by majors? Also looks like a bunch of math majors are still waiting as well…
@JumpySandwich, yes my son was accepted for MIS (pre business) on Monday with Eligibility Index of about 4520. The entire acceptance system is a mystery to me as the neighbor kid was denied at SDSU last year, but accepted at a top UC. Best of luck to you.

Yeah. Nothing but crickets with SDSU acceptances today.
(The alumni are all headed to Vegas for the basketball tournament. Don’t know what to tell you about the admissions staff.)
But please remember that they received over 90K applications. Some one has to input all of that information into the portal. It will come in waves. Please be patient.

@Irm916: Yes a few. You have to remember that not everyone is on College Confidential so sample size is limited.
