My D status changed to Denied Admission, and then there was an option to add to Wait List
Does anybody know how much of a bump locals get to their EI?
@norcalparent Ours said Denied and then selected YES to be waitlisted.
My sister has received acceptances from San Francisco State, Fresno State, & UC Merced in that order. We are still waiting to hear from Cal Poly SLO & San Diego State- it shows pending on both.

D was denied at SDSU for pre-mathematics/ITEP teaching program at 11:00 PST today, accepted at Cal Poly. GPA: 4.05 and ACT 27. I guess Cal Poly is going to be her school!
I don’t believe locals get any bump in EI. However, locals with high stats tend to be accepted in December (other than nursing students, I think).

Not positive but son said it mentioned because of your grades you can click link to add to waitlist. Not sure if everyone can opt in or not? My concern is timing of wait list because if it’s past May 1st he has other great options he will commit to instead including SLO. Too bad for SDSU and that’s my alma mater too.

Sorry I was away from computer. Business. Sucks bc I know a bunch of kids with lesser stats and no AP or Honors all got in undeclared. I never even knew you could do that. But oh well.
