<p>Currently I am located in the U.S, but for college I plan on going over seas to Norway or Germany. I need to know which schools offer the best mathematics and theoretical physics( particularly theoretical astrophysics or quantum) courses. Also I would like to know the acceptance rates and what I need to do to get accepted the them. </p>
<p>Also if anyone knows any excellent calculus books that offer rigor and good explanation of the subject. Thank you.</p>
