Also keep in mind that with grad courses you can often get research or teaching positions, and that takes care of your tuition plus a possible stipend.</p>

<p>Yes SDSU is low cost university,it offers MS in Civil.It requires only US 16,000 per year.But the unfortunate thing is that it requires US 32,000 for I-20??SDSMT’s I-20 requirement is US 22,000.I need a uni whose I-20 requirement is less than US 18,000.</p>

has the grad rates, about 4k lower than undergrad rates. Additionally, you won’t be staying in university housing as a grad student, so housing and food costs are cheaper.

<p>blue_box,thanks for your reply.Graduate tuition is $ 9,978 per/Semester.So definitely per year it will be doubled and if you add living cost it will exceed $ 25,000 annually. Hopefully
funding opportunity is outstanding there,but i am having pathetic GRE score.So i am not thinking about funding and just planning to overcome US embassy with the resources i have. I have already searched more than 400 US universities,but did not find any with in the range of $ 15,000 TO $ 18,000.</p>
<p>There is probably no university within that range. Try the CUNYs or SUNYs. U Minn is about as much as VTech, or maybe less.</p>
<p>No Boss,University is there.Arkansas Tech, Annual cost of Attendance is only $ 14,540 for graduate study.Civil Engineering Major is not there.</p>
