Last week, I observed that saying “I like your hair” made people in my class smile. So I said this to everyone in my class, and most of them said “Thank you” or otherwise showed appreciation. What are your secrets for making people like you?

You are a people too, just do things that you’d like others to do for you…

EDIT: I noticed you have a lot of threads about social interactions…

This has to be a ■■■■■.

I simply be myself: friendly, approachable, bearable. I don’t overdo, such as laugh obnoxiously or blab on tirelessly. People that like to tell jokes or be sarcastic/mock also like someone who laughs at their jokes, and so I do that. I try to be as helpful as possible, sometimes going out of my way to help someone who needs it.

^ You sound very kind.

Try to refrain from insulting others, even if you’re solely joking.

Personally, I attempt to do the above, in addition to trying to just be there for some of my friends if they need to converse with someone regarding a particular issue.

I punch them in the face.

show him her ****
