Self teaching 4 APs starting now

So I decided to take on 4 extra AP tests to supplement the 3 AP courses (lit, comp gov, art) I was already taking in school this year.
I decided to do this when I realized that the schools I’m planning to apply to (UK schools) have “5 AP scores of 5 and a 2100 SAT” as their admission requirements. I already have a 5 in Euro from last year, but only 2 of the APs I am taking this yr are suitable for entry at those universities, forcing me to take on a few extra AP tests.
So here I am starting to teach myself english lang, spanish lang, US gov and world history halfway through the year.
And I’m totally freaking out, I just cant even get myself to start studying because I am that overwhelmed. Should I drop one of the tests? How do I manage my time right? How do I even begin?! And what’s the best way to self study?
Thanks!!!

Going to take a leap of faith here and say you’re a junior. I’m going to take another leap and that you plan on entering something political/communications related in which case I would recommend dropping Spanish Lang.

A start would probably be talking to teachers at your school that teach or has taught those class you are self-studying(if possible). Secondly I would recommend grabbing a review book for the class you are self-studying, gather the syllables of the classes you are currently taking and work out how you’ll plan out your time till the AP test(make sure to include test prep and ECs).

For tips on how and what to self-study, what books to use for which APs, etc. Refer to this forum of CC: <a href=“AP Test Preparation - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/ap-tests-preparation/

@quadmaster - thanks for your helpful answer!
I couldn’t find that CC forum earlier (new here) but I’ll definitely take a look.
I know & use studentrooms regularly but for my american-system-related-questions (APs etc) I decided to refer to CC.
and nope, but close. I’m a senior interested in law
