<p>I recently (last month) attended an informational transfer session at Fordham. I am curious to know the dates (starting and deadline) for Spring 2015 as it is not yet an option to apply for Spring 2015 on the common app.</p>
<p>Would it be appropriate to contact the man in charge of transfer students (who also was at the informational session) and point out that I had a good time at the session, enjoyed the tour, and let him know that Fordham in my top choice (and that I’d enroll if accepted)? </p>
<p>And then ask about the dates? </p>
<p>Or is this too pushy? I thought it might be nice to put my name out there and let him know I’m interested.</p>

<p>Is the information you’re looking for available online? I wouldn’t ask anything I could find out with a simple google search. Is level of interest considered for transfer applicants? If the college gets a lot of transfer apps the chances of him remembering you, or even seeing your app, are likely very small. I’d concentrate on taking the information you gathered at the transfer session and using it to strengthen your transfer app. Good luck. </p>
<p>@austinmshauri It’s too late I got too antsy and emailed him. D: I am so embarrassed because he directed me to the transfer information on their website, I doubt he remembers me. I should have waited and I hope this doesn’t make me look bad…</p>
<p>Unfortunately my question wasn’t fully answered though, I’ve checked the transfer guide on this college’s website and it doesn’t state the opening date of the application for Spring 2015 transfers!</p>
