My classes I chose for senior year are
Ap Biology
Ap psychology
Ap English 4
American govt/Econ
Spanish 4
Anatomy/physiology
Pre calculus
Unscheduled
I’m little worried about the unscheduled, do universities(specifically UCs)look down upon it. should I exchange it for an easy class like art or Ta. I took one unscheduled last year but not by choice.
Do you have all the required courses for UCs? Do you have an art class already?
Also many schools only have 8 periods so I would not really worry.
If you have many afterschool activities I would take it and do as much homework as I could.
If you do not, I would take a fun course like cooking or photography or art.
I already took all the required courses including an art class and Ap art history. I was just going to take unscheduled to get homework done. But do you think a UC would think I’m “lazy” if I do that?
Truly i think it will be fine because you are not replacing a rigorous course with a study hall. At our local HS they have block scheduling and only have 8 classes per day. And don’t you have to take gym?
Thank you for replying! I was stressing out over the unscheduled all summer. And here gym is only required for two years and i already did both of the years.
