Currently deciding on senior schedule and I’ve come up with two possibilities. What do you think of each and which should i opt for? Also, I’m pretty STEM-oriented.

If you want to go on in STEM, my opinion is that AP Chem > AP ES + AP Econ. The only caveat would be if you are actually interested in environmental science as a field of study.
Option C or D.
Don’t triple up on science at the expense of not having no history/social science. And if you’re targeting colleges with a 4th year foreign language recommendation, you’re missing that too.
If you’re STEM oriented, Honors Physics + AP Chem surpasses the other science options.
