Have you had great starts? I can’t say much - my new semester started yesterday and today we had a snow day. Exams were last week and I think I almost had a panic attack.

I was super stressed last week. That’s why last weekend, I started and finished the book “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” It was GREAT.

I think I’m 80% about Beloit college in WI. I’m still waiting on about 10 schools for RD and financial aid packages, so I won’t be able to make a choice until Spring Break at the earliest.

Still have interviews, so I’m not done quite yet. But I feel the same way. I’m fairly jealous of my friends who got into their ED schools. Not so much because I want to go there, but because I want to KNOW.

I’m ecstatic for the end of March! I will we receiving decisions from 11 universities so I am beyond excited. I started my new classes and they are very difficult and take up all of my time. I literally study every minute I have out of school and it doesn’t even seem to be enough. But I am glad because it keeps me pre-occupied so the days pass quicker til March!

Beloit College, eh? I’ve heard of it but must say that I know very little of the university and the surrounding area, despite the fact that I am a Wisconsinite myself. I’m going to UW-Madison and I’m already getting cold feet. I am considering places that I can transfer to if I don’t enjoy my experience. From what I’ve heard and as far as I can see, it’s too big, superficial and party-focused.

Schoolwork is something that I’m not very worried about for the time being, because I’m on track to be (co-)valedictorian, but between scholarships and getting a job, I am very stressed.

It’s even hard for me to get enthused about college because I screwed up and picked somewhere that I don’t really want to go to so I’ll have that looming over me for the rest of the school year and summer.

Well, aren’t there schools that you can still apply to? I think you can apply to some until the 15th of Feb. Did you spend the night at UW, to get a real feel for the campus? You can’t always believe everything you read online…I’m guilty of that myself, however.

Well, our semester has just ended, so not sure yet xD. I just got accepted to my first college though and that’s pretty exciting for me!

I have to do a Pitzer video this weekend, and then I’ll be done with the college process or I hope so :p. I also have 3 tests next week even though I just had finals. Dx Still feels good to be a second semester senior!

Semster ended before christmas so I am a solid month into 2nd semester. Already got accepted to the college I will most likely go to and it will be free so I’m not stressed at all. Second semester is going to be fun, already started to learn some piano :)

Semster just changed this week for me. Only one of my classes wasn’t year long, and what I have now is harder than what I had last semster. I feel like all the local scholarships are comming out now. I’m part of an extremly competive class so it will be difficult to even get those. I heard for all my colleges, and I’m in the process of deciding which one to go to. Hope everyone is enjoying the last half of their senior year!

My school is one trimesters and for some reason that makes it feel so much longer(4 more weeks until my last tri of high school!) I already know I’m going to Ohio State for college, so I’m not really stressed anymore. I just want the mind numbing experience of high school to be over.

Semester started last week. 17 weeks to go. I’ve gotten into my two top choices (Appalachian State and Greensboro College) so I am DONE. We’re on this new idiotic hybrid block/year-long schedule, so I just started new courses in Sociology and Organic Chemistry. The good news is I ended my Discrete Math class, and I’m done with high school math forever.

I went HAM last semester, straight As and Bs, and I’m a lazy procrastinating type of student, so that was literally the best report card I’ve had in all of high school.

I have a study hall every other day, but since I don’t need Sociology I’m strongly considering dropping it so I can have one every day, and making it 4th (last) period so that I can leave every day. What a senioritis move, huh? AP English Lit is my only class that isn’t a total joke. I’m in AP GOPO too, but I’m really interested in politics so I know it all, and it’s being taught by an idiot.

Basically, I’m semi-concerned with getting good AP Scores, everything else is just “whatever.”
