I need to make myself a note to look at them the next time I’m in Costco. Hope they are Egyptian or Pima cotton…they really make a difference in the quality.

If they are sheet sets, though, any way to buy extra pillowcases? Probably not at a Costco. I’m better off going to BB & B or Macy’s or wherever, since I buy a few extra sets of pillowcases.

Hmmm. This’ll be my project too, for the next few weeks or so. If anyone else has luck, let me know…crisp yet soft. High quality, Egyptian or Pima definitely. I think that probably helps with it being less wrinkly too.

Chocchip…regarding extra pillowcases…I buy extras but in a darker color than the sheets. It looks nice to have the complimentary colors. You could get the sheets at Costco, and then get ala carte pillowcases someplace else.

I was at Costco this week. They have little samples of the fabric so you can feel it. Gotta say…to ME it felt like sateen…too smooth and slippery. Not crisp like the Wamsutta ones I bought at BBB. For me, it does not matter. We have a regular double bed…Costco carries only queen and king.

The thing about the Kirkland sheets is that it’s Costco! You can use them, wash them, use them some more, wash them again, and return them for full price (even without a receipt) if you decide you don’t like them. I do think they feel like sateen in that they are very smooth. But they don’t feel satiny (to me) or slippery. When I say they are crisp I mean that they have a firm enough hand (I think that’s the word) so they have some body. They’re not flimsy. And Chocchip, they come with 4 pillowcases.
