For the first time ever, I have experienced shipping delays from Amazon. I live in a large city with a large Amazon warehouse. Typically, we can get many items delivered same day/next day. In the past 3 weeks, three items that I’ve ordered directly from Amazon (not a 3rd party), that were supposed to arrive next day (per the Amazon website) have been delayed. One item was delayed a week and Amazon wouldn’t let me cancel it. I ended up ordering a similar item that came the next day and sending the original back once it arrived.
Very first world, I know, and I’m not necessarily complaining - I just find it odd. Not sure if it is because of the holidays, or what. Clearly, I am spoiled by Amazon
