Should I quit hospital volunteering that I enjoy to save time?

I’ve been volunteering at a hospital since spring this year (I’m a rising junior). I enjoy it but I’m already drowning in the things I have to do and it’s only summer.

I also volunteer at a farm, built a mini-greenhouse there, and will start a winter program there this year. Will it look bad if I quit to focus on 6 APs and my many other interests?

If you don’t have enough time, then you have to cut things out as you don’t want to overwork yourself. You won’t look bad for dropping misc. activities to focus on other things, as long as there are actually other things. It might possibly even be better for you to put all your focus into your farm volunteering, since it’s provided you with some good opportunities already.
