With respect to Top 50 National Universities as ranked by US News, my best guess is that you will be disappointed with the results if you apply to any school ranked among the Top 50.
Consider Santa Clara University–although it may be unaffordable even if admitted. UMass at Amherst may be worth a try. Michigan State & Indiana University should be considered.
Are you determined to major in CS ?
In which state do you live ? I ask as resident tuition may be your best option.
Not sure about CS, but the University of Kansas and Kansas State are likely to admit you & offer great opportunities.
P.S. Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania may be a great option for you.
Rankings are far less important than is the chance to major in your preferred area.
