My unweighted GPA is not on the UF scale. It’s on the scale my school uses, which is still out of 4.0. The difference is that my UW includes “academic electives” like College Writing, Honors Psychology and Honors Web Design which don’t count in UF admission.

SAT: 1540
UF GPA 4.5 ish
AP:

Euro History 3 (1st year teacher, 8 / 100 passed)

3 year hs grad

this year i have

CALC AB
Physics B

UPUSH
Comp Sci A

(all AP obliviously)

Ill probably end up at UF if i dont get into MIT or Chicago…
UF isnt bad, and the cost is 0 so im not really stressing.

What courses are ‘counted’ toward UF’s recalculated GPA? I would think any courses that are academic would count, and that includes Psychology, Writing, etc.

UF counts courses in the following five categories: English, Math, Science, Social Studies (history, government, economics), Foreign Language.
Basically, no electives are counted.
