<p>L-sits and L-pullups are good. Inverted crunches (while hanging by legs) is also a good thing. And of course, the air bicycle :)</p>

<p>I know, I know… I actually do about thirty before I run because, according to my coach, doing so helps to prevent stitches (I don’t know if that’s actually true or not, haha…) Buuuut, I need to a lot of sit-ups before I even feel as if I’m doing anything… and I usually get bored before that point =)</p>
