So about the Echols dorms

I was offered Echols. I’m not 100% sure that I’ll attend, but if I do, what are the benefits to the Echols dorms? How do they differ from other dorms? I’m aware that I would be living with other Echols kids, but aside from that, what are the perks?

Echols and Watsons live in one of the nicest and newest residence halls, with AC and lots of social meeting spaces
