<p>a great room. My son got a call from his intended roommate for next year telling him that the roommate is not coming back to W&M (reason unclear - very cryptic about it). </p>
<p>Anyway, my son figures that they will assign a transfer student to the spot. The room is in one of the new Jamestown dorms, which they got, come to think of it, on the roommate’s selection time (he was to be a fifth-year senior). My son is to be a junior so could not have gotten such a good room with his own selection time.</p>
<p>On the other hand, maybe it’s not so lucky – my son snores.</p>
