Sophomore year schedule, on track for UCLA/UCB?

Do you think you guys could give some insight onto whether or not I am on track for acceptance to UCLA/UCB, based on my freshman year GPA/course load. and sophomore year schedule(I’m a freshman).

Freshman year schedule:
Honors Bio A/A
Honors Grammar Comp A/A
Honors Geometry A/A
AP World History(Probably got a 4/5) A/A
Spainish 1(Honors not offered) A/A
ECs: ESOL(Environmental studies and outdoor leadership, 50 service hours), Robotics, STEM cohort, and Varsity lacrosse.
UW GPA: 4.0
W GPA: 4.57

My school is a top private school in the greater Los Angeles(CA) area, and usually has about 5 grads that attend UCB/UCLA annually.
I am a white male, upper middle class.

My sophomore year schedule will be:
Honors Chem
Honors Grammar Comp 2
Honors Algebra 2/Trig
Honors Spainish 2
AP Macroeconomics
Same ECs maybe a few more clubs.

Goal GPA: 4.0 UW, approx 4,7 W

Think I am on track?(looking to apply as STEM or business haven’t decided)

These classes are also the most rigourus offered to sophomores currently.

Yes, you’re on track. Your classes look challenging and you have good grades. Remember, though - UCs don’t calculate their GPA based on your freshman year grades so you have to do well in sophomore year because you can’t rely on your 4.0 from freshman year to balance your GPA.

Ok I’ll keep that in mind, However, will they see my freshman year course load, and my ap exam(which I took freshman year)?

Yes, they will see your course load for freshman year but they will not calculate that into your UC GPA. You also have to self-report the AP test that you took. Good luck!

Ah OK thank you! Are the other ap scores reported the same way?
