Spanish 2 Teacher Purposely failing me

Let me start from the beginning

I am a freshman in high school. I was taking rigorous classes and decided to move down from Honors Spanish 2 to On Level. WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE. My Honors teacher was nice and gave me good grades even though at heart I never practiced and sucked at Spanish.
First day in my On level Spanish his class, I get kicked out for not “introducing myself”. He proceeds to yell at me in the hallway that I need to pay attention and not talk while he’s talking, even though I just was sitting there silently. He constantly tells me to stop talking even when i’m silent. He never checked his email that said h
Everyday in class he calls me out, embarrasses me. He always says things like, “Why are you sitting like that, this isn’t your house” In the middle of a lecture! He treats me unfairly, one time a few classmates didn’t do their work on time. I forgot and didn’t too. He sent an email home that I wasn’t paying attention in his class to ONLY MY PARENTS.
But that’s not all. One time i failed a test. We have this thing in my school where we can re-test up to an 85 if you got a grade below an 85 on a test. On my retest fails me AGAIN after repeatedly studying.
Recently there was a Major Speaking where we had to talk about a vacation in Spanish to our class. I went right before lunch and did bad. I stuttered and forgot some words. When the class is leaving for lunch he pulls me out and said I failed. He says I don’t pay attention and I don’t attend tutorials to get better (Even though I attended one just the other day). This one kid went to present in our class and half his presentation was ENGLISH! He had no idea what he was saying. He got a 61. When I just now checked my grade I got a 52 EVEN THOUGH I WAS FLUENT AND USING VOCAB.
My friends were surprised, the one in my class said I did bad but not bad enough to get a 52! Even worse, he sends and email to my parents ranting about me. I now have a 60 in his class. With a re-test for this project coming up, I will study as hard as I can and try to pass. I feel that because I made a bad impression, he is making my life a living hell. Should I report my teacher somehow? This has gotten put of hand!

You are a native Spanish speaker and you are taking Spanish as a second language?

Can we start here? " My Honors teacher was nice and gave me good grades even though at heart I never practiced and sucked at Spanish." Ummm, it sounds to me as though your Honors teacher wasn’t doing his job. Kids who “suck” at Spanish should NOT be receiving good grades.

Now let’s jump to here: “On my retest fails me AGAIN after repeatedly studying.” I’m glad you studied… but did you get the answers right?

Now to here: “. I went right before lunch and did bad. I stuttered and forgot some words. When the class is leaving for lunch he pulls me out and said I failed. He says I don’t pay attention and I don’t attend tutorials to get better (Even though I attended one just the other day)” So you did badly on the exam. You failed. That makes sense to me. As to the one you attended just the other day… how many others have you attended? It’s the biggest joke in every school, all the kids who show up for extra help/ brownie points before a big test or parent conference, just so they can say they were there.

Look, I don’t know what’s going on in your class. It doesn’t sound as though your teacher is one I would want my kids to have.

But it also doesn’t sound like you’re doing all you could be doing to pass. If you started off in Honors, you should know enough to get through an oral exam. You should be getting the answers right. You should be enough of a presence at extra help, and either asks to sign in or have him sign the work you went over, so no one can deny that you were there.

It’s of absolutely no consequence what another kid got on his oral exam. You need to be doing all you can do pass.

That’s the thing. I tried as hard as I could on this oral exam. I benefited from tutorials and am trying to get better. Presesntations similiar to mine were passing meanwhile I got a 52.

And the retest I failed he didn’t show me how I failed. He said the graded paper was for him only to see.
I was also one of 4 kids in tutorials, while my friends were either jacking around in the library or just studying for something important.
You don’t understand, while he’s mean to other students, he is repeatedly PICKING on me. I have a 60 in his class and I’m trying to pass while some other kids don’t study and have Cs. How does someone get a higher grade on a test thatI did better than? I followed the rubric, they did there’s in ENGLISH

I’m sorry if I was too offensive for your taste or something but please don;t mock me lmao

Please explain this. You are a native speaker taking beginning Spanish?

I think OP means he did the assignment in Spanish, like the rubric required, not English like another student did.

No by I was fluent I meant that I was saying that I did my presentation fluently not I’m a fluent speaker.

MODERATOR’S NOTE:
Closing thread. Nothing good is going to come about based upon the slant in the original post. But more to the point, the OP created an additional account to ask the question, which violates Terms os Service. He can ask the question under his original account, but he should expect more helpful replies if he presents the situation with more objectivity and a bit less emotional drama.
