Hi! Quick question. I’ve been reading past forums regarding the 6/7 tabs on howdy, and I was wondering if it still accurate. I applied early august for Spring 2025 admission so I want to be on the look out! Also, should we hear back until apps close or is there a possibility to hear before then?
With admissions office in charge of transfer apps, you’ll hear later in the semester. Could be end of November.
What are your stats and intended major?
Thanks! I applied as a Kinesiology major, 38 hours with a 3.8 gpa, and all required course work completed.
Sounds good. I’m sure you will be accepted! Hang in there and please let us know when you hear. Trying to keep data on admissions.
My AIS updated today. I am officially admitted!
Hello, my son applied to TAMU for spring 2025 for Ag Econ. He has a 2.54 but has taken all prerequisites. His essay also addresses all poor grades. What are his chances for admission?
Once the transcript audit happens, how long after should the student receive a decision? I know some have heard already so just wondering what the timeline could be.
I’m surprised transfers have started hearing . Usually late October early November time frame.

Hi everyone, I am a college sophomore currently applying to TAMU. I was supposed to be admitted after a year at TAMUCC, but I had an issue with my physics final and admissions staff lying to me, which led me to not make it in by 0.03 GPA points. Currently taking required classes at Collin College. I submitted my application on August 29th and received my transfer audit on September 6th.
Stats:
3.25 audit GPA
34 transferrable credits
Pretty solid transfer essay
