@collegegurl97 I would say its going to be dependent on the classes you have taken. How many hours do you have? What level math and science have you taken?
P.S - Getting into Software Engineering is easier than CS. But they have already made their decision to some of the applicants and putting them as a 2nd choice might hurt your chances.
@Clintonwk I forgot to mention that info was only related to West Campus. You will be able to find something in North Campus and Riverside.

I applied to COLA undeclared 1st choice and Geography 2nd choice. I have a 3.5 GPA and my essays were 5/10. I have 2 letter of recs. from a manager at a restaraunt and a geology professor at ACC. Can someone please chance? I currently have about 37 hours.

@collegegurl97 Someone with a lower GPA than you has already been accepted, but people with higher GPAs have been denied in the past and currently people with higher GPAs are still waiting on decisions. It’s a huge toss-up for CS.
Got accepted to COLA Economics!! 3,75 GPA, 3 letters, all essays. If anyone has a spare bedroom near campus please let me know! the housing application has been closed, FYI to all future admittees!

Just called up to admissions and spoke with the most helpful lady! They are LITERALLY looking at my transcript as we spoke! Things were being updated while I was on the phone! eeeek! She couldn’t say how long the decision would take but I’m hoping with them looking and adding my classes right now that it would be sometime soon! I’m so excited I literally cannot wait!
UT got my final transcript on the 23rd. I am as nervous as I can be. Need to make arrangements for employment and housing.
