I happen to know that one of the Stanford students who occasionally posts on this forum actually works in the admissions office part-time as a presenter. He has no influence on admissions though, and doesn’t read threads that don’t involve direct questions.

sorry this is really rough and i just sort of switched everything posative to negative but its somthing you all can build off of…

Dear ______,

The Yale Admissions Committee has completed its evaluation of this year’s SCEA CCers, and I write with sincere regret to say that you have just lost the Yale/Stanford CC wars.

I realize that this decision may come as a real disappointment. I also hope that you will understand that this decision is a direct reflection of your unextrordinary talent represented in your abysmal defeat in the SECA thread post count wars between Yale and Stanford. Of the more than nineteen thousand individuals who applied to Yale, you lot are the worst. The least capable of doing successful work and making a unique contribution to the Yale community,

You may be tempted to ask what was lacking in your application. In truth your fatal flaw was your lack of dedication to upholding Yale’s time honored tradition of winning the SECA Yale/Stanford post count wars. Its a shame you lot tarnished Yale’s name by applying, when so many applicants have demonstrated real achievement and potential for the future. Even if we had far more spaces avalable the small number of spaces available our decision of rejecting you all would have been easy

While not regretting that we were not able to respond positively to your interest in Yale, I want to wish you failure in your every life-pursuit. Experience suggests that regardless of our decisions, most of our candidates will be welcomed by other outstanding colleges. Its a pity we contacted each of them to deny you all admittance…

Sincerely,

Jeffrey Brenzel
Dean of Undergraduate Admissions
