<p>did any of you guys apply BSE (engineering) at Princeton. I had to write the Jane Hirshfield essay and an engineering essay. that was sorta annoying.</p>
<p>Diivio, as someone said above, anything on the internet can be hacked. However, different sites have varied defenses. Facebook is generally find as long as you don’t install random applications on/in it and you ignore messages and “posts” from people that you don’t know (these tend to be “bots” [short for robot of course; these are programmed scripts that have a specific job to do and tend to create a form of passageway for a hacker to use to get inside “something”]). Furthermore, you cannot really place “total” trust into any site, as anything is hackable. The good thing is that most mainstream sites employ excellent IT guys who actually know how to prevent hackers from getting in, so you really shouldn’t worry.</p>

<p>So far, I’ve only been able to re-use my NMF essay for Princeton and my Intellectual Vitality Essay for Brown. And I’m applying to 12 schools >:[</p>

<p>I applied to 9 and only 1 college I’ve gotten my acceptance and full ride (yay!) letter: BSU but that was my safety and hopefully I get in to at least one of the other ones. God that would be horrible if I was rejected by all of them. Nightmare!, but it’s real!!!</p>
<p>I’m going to immaturely laugh at 69 now because I couldn’t laugh last time since I didn’t know what it meant.</p>

<p>I’d say I’m really good and might have probably become a chef if my parents didn’t instill in me from childhood that engineering, medicine, and law are really my only options if I want a good living.</p>

<p>i can make some good spaghetti, ramen, chicken, ribs, steak. cookies and brownies and cupcakes. oh one time i made this really good hungarian dish for ap euro. oh can’t forget rice</p>

<p>Mhmm. Cooking is actually a pretty fun activity. I know a couple recipes. I wouldn’t necessarily make it a major or minor, but there’s definitely a possibility of taking a, as some would put it, “fun” class that involves cookery.</p>
<p>By the way, does anyone mind me participating in this section? I just happened to wonder since I’m applying next fall, not right now and this thread IS really for you guys (and girls).</p>
