@whatsmypassword Yeah I saw that survey and my son is on it. Im pretty sure he is the only QB that reported on it though. If that’s the case then we dont know if other QB’s have changed portals. Unless you know of others apart from the Reddit A2C survey.
@ThatKidsMom, my QB finalist daughter’s portal changed to show her SAT score received on 3/07. Probably not good news based on the reasonable theory being posited here, but we had noooooo expectation that she would get in

@putinator That would be nice, I hope so! I was guessing the 30th because last year Stanford released their decisions a couple days after Ivy Day.
My guess is March 29th, because they have released the last Friday of the month for years
@PatronusMom Congrats to your daughter for getting into a QB school! That is so awesome! And good luck on the upcoming decisions too. My son has not had that good luck with QB as yet (though he did separately get accepted to UCI and UCSC) Then again he only applied to 3 QB colleges, 3 that he really wanted, plus he wanted to stay in Calif. Of those three two have already rejected. Now waiting for the third Stanford plus the other one he added at RD, Claremont McKenna. In his junior year we spoke briefly w a college consultant person and he basically said there was not a chance in hell my kid would get into Stanford cuz he doesnt have science research, Nobel prize and extracurriculars, even with great scores…so Im not holding my breath.

I’m not talking about the one that is like 3 or 4 days old. There was one more poll conducted almost 10-15 days ago, near the first week of March.

I can’t imagine they’re meeting on the weekends (although I don’t really know anything) so @waterisnotwet 's portal might really change the theory that it’s the day they make a decision on a student. This is driving me crazy lmao
No changes in my daughter’s portal as of now…and Stanford is a reach school for her…let’s see what happens in a few days
@drumminggeek87 TELL ME ABOUT IT. I saw the portal change theory and disregarded it as minor thing…I got waitlisted by Case Western today and that’s made me paranoid about every little thing now LOL
I’m hoping for the best, I think no change in my case is a good thing!

@putinator SAME lol I try not to pay attention to all the conspiracy theories about ~what the portals could mean~ b/c this is literally the 4th school I’ve applied to where there have been theories and debates about the meaning behind details on the portals, but this one has me realllll anxious lol. And yeah I got into the first 4 schools I heard back from (moderately competitive but all back-up schools) but then got waitlisted by Sarah Lawrence the other day, so I think my luck ran out and I’m getting nervous lmao

My SAT score date didn’t change, still stands 23rd December. After that, I applied to 12 more schools but i think my essays for Stanford were the best of them all.
I’m international asking for tons of fin aid, maximum possible GPA (5.0 out of 5.0), quite low SAT 1410 nad Math2 780.
To compensate, I have very strong ECs, competed at recent Paralympic Games in South Korea in 2018 (I’m legally blind), have been flag bearer for my country at the opening ceemony…
