Does not getting an interview as a domestic applicant pretty much mean I shouldn’t hold my breath?
Please share stats if possible
@Suave123, congrats, what is her major? What other choices did you have and why did you choose Stanford? Thanks!
@friedpotatoes, no, it simply means there wasn’t an available alum in your area. It won’t affect your decision outcome. Best of luck!
@typiCAmom thank you, you too!
Good luck everyone!
Rice is about the same as Cornell. She just got admitted to Rice
Except for literally everything about the colleges, sure they’re the same
Is lack of interview for an international indicative of low/no chance? My country probably doesn’t have an alum interviewer available locally.
Whether or not you get an interview is based solely on how many alums are available in your area - don’t be worried if you didn’t get one!
Do people still have their mailing addresses on their portal? Mine is gone
10 minutes! This is the most nervous i’ve ever been for a decision.
I heard some people’s mailing addresses are still there

Mine aren’t.
5 mins to go! All The Best to everyone…
BEST OF LUCK and remember that everyone here is an amazing, unique candidate in their own way! We’re all wanted by some schools who think we’ll be the right fit for them (and they probably know best anyways, it’s their school). We’ll all do great things wherever we go!
