Stanley Cup playoffs 2013!

It is a nice night in the King-dom. Just saying…

The Leafs and Boston gave us another unbelievably exciting game last night. The Leafs finally figured out what they need to do to score on Tuuka Rask - unassisted breakaways! James Reimer was terrific and made save after save, and now it’s back to the ACC in Toronto for game 6 tomorrow night. Mother’s Day at a hockey game, what could be more fun?!

My trip was not bad luck for my Wings! Though they tried their hardest to screw it up.

Good for the Wings, romani! I’ve always loved watching Zetterberg play. Safe travels to you.

Let’s Go Pens! Exciting overtime game.

Vokoun saved that game for them, literally. Although I love the Penguins and wanted them to win, I always feel bad for the hometown fans when their team loses. And especially when the cameraman immediately pans to a very sad little boy in the crowd. That was the 16th OT game in this round.

Four of those OT games were Wings/Ducks. This series just hurts the heart lol

I’m over it…

blatant elbow to the head, no penalty… attempted slew foot, no penalty… cross check to the face, no penalty… clean body check? penalty on the Caps

when is the last time the PPs were 5-0 in a playoff game? this is a joke.

Sigh.

On to game 7, but I don’t feel good about the Bruins chances.

I’ve stopped rooting for the Kings and I’m back to my normal state of hating LA and everything associated with it. Beat L A! Beat L A! The Kings are a team the Sharks love to hate. Sorry, bevhills (nee ellebud?).

Got my wish. Hawks get Detroit. O6 encounter.

Go Hawks!

Best Mother’s Day ever! Spent it with all my Ds after D who lives in London surprised me by arriving Sat. night. All of us went to the Leafs/Bruins game and the Leafs won forcing game 7 tonight. What a series this has been!

I bet Romani is happy this morning!

Easy travel for the West teams in this round, for once. And we don’t have to be watching our teams playing in the middle of the afternoon.

The scheduling kind of sucks that both game 7’s tonight come without a rest day.

In other news, this is a great story:

[Stranded Bruins reward fans who fed them with Game 7 tickets](<a href=“Stranded Bruins reward fans who fed them with Game 7 tickets”>Stranded Bruins reward fans who fed them with Game 7 tickets)

And the fans that fed them were Leafs fans!

It was a nice story, notrichenough! I agree that it’s too bad both game 7s are tonight. Not enough rest and we can’t watch both games. I hope those restaurant workers have lots to cheer about tonight in Boston. :)

Bad news: Caps lost last night. Good news: my sons combined to get tickets for me to attend tonight’s game 7! Stopping off at Hill Country BBQ beforehand and getting fueled for the game.

For the love of all that’s holy, WIN THIS THING!!!

I am jealous, Countingdown!!

I keep holding on to the knowledge that Rangers are 0-5 in game 7’s. So it will be 0-6 after tonight!

Go Caps!

Wow, that was an epic comeback!

Or collapse, depending on your POV I guess.

Congrats, Bruins! On the the next round.

Stunning comeback. Epic collapse. Because it’s the Cup.
