<p>I want to do the same thing, negatives include the fact that you will have to start at the 101 level, and i think for CLAS will have to take 4 courses(unless you can place out in a completely new language).</p>
<p>It won’t affect anything, prince. Being an Echols scholar, you don’t have any requirements, so you can take whatever you feel like taking. There are no detriments.</p>
