http://www.techmind.org/stereo/dolgochs.jpg</a></p>

Post your asnwer  And find other such stereograms too.
Please don’t cheat by going to the parent webpage!

You may want to warm up by staring at [this picture](http://www.techmind.org/stereo/ripples.gif) which is a 3d ripple.

oh man i can never do these - i have astigmatism, so maybe that has something to do with it??

what a weird picture! i stared at it for half a minute trying to figure out what it was! is it a train engine?

[here’s another one](http://www.razamatazz.com/2%20bunny%20stereogram.jpg)

first one posted is a train. I have books of these, about 90 of em, i can breeze thru it in about a minute, they just snap into vision

2nd one is two rabbits

ya, i love these… got the two rabbits,
though first seemed more like a carriage to me… haha

i have few of these framed at home…pretty cool…

Hey I can do it in 10 seconds or so

[Here’s #3](http://3dfractalsbyleelane.dixiesys.com/Stereograms/Spangled.jpg)

And here’s [“Party till you die”](<a href=“http://www.softsource.com/softsource/s_party.gif]"Party”>http://www.softsource.com/softsource/s_party.gif)
The name doesn’t give away the answer though.

And yeah the first one was a train engine.

this is so frustrating!! i dont see nothing :(

is the party till u die a skull??

hehe.,…love doin these…

astrix, hmm, how to tell, u kinda strian ur eyes, like umm… lests ee if appropriate descriptn, u kinda squint ur focus of both the eyes together…more like cross eyed at the pic…

is the party till u die a skull??

hehe.,…love doin these…

astrix, hmm, how to tell, u kinda strain ur eyes, like umm… lets ee if appropriate descriptn, u kinda squint ur focus of both the eyes together…more like cross eyed at the pic… focus on the centre,. and try to dy/dx from the background…
once u get the hang of it, itz super easy… :)

ya and i will hit myself if dat was not a skull after sayin itz so easy… :p

astrix don’t waste your time. I’ve been trying these since I was about six, its never worked for me and all is given me is a headache both literally and figuratively. Its also easier when youre doing it from a book and you can change the distance more easily.

I see it but I don’t know what it is.

Some animal, cuz I see the tail, and body.

Yeah, maybe this tail is just a chimney of train.

I can do it in 15 seconds, mercury.

Advice for those, who can’t: There is some big dots on this picture, choose any two, and look at them until two dots become three. Nothing difficult.

Picture #2 is two rabbits.

i think the rabbit was fastest, took 4 sec…
cud not see the train tho :p

Yeah it is a skull, neha.

And for those who can’t do it, go to the Party till you die pic, and at the bottom you’ll see two small squares. Try to focus your eyes in such a way that the two dots merge to form one dot. That is when you’ll see the hidden object in 3 dimensions.

The trick lies in defocussing…

Anyone know how stereograms are made?

Yeah gandalf, I was looking for the info.

It’s made with computers (obviously). Detailed info about the algorithms is at this page - http://www.techmind.org/stereo/stereo.html</a></p>

3 = some snowflake or something

PTYD = skull

Its hard for me to explain how to do it. I remember the first one i ever did took me 5 minutes, now its like I just look at em and I see the image.
