My D2 and I both love our frothers. They do need batteries if they want to froth up some cocoa or a coffee drink on Christmas Day.

For my daughter I put in a couple pairs of socks, a bath bomb, some facials and things from Sephora and some chocolate. I even found car coasters for the drink holders in her car and hair bands.
For my son he is allergic to soy and msg and I am putting in some seasoning he can use safely, a magnet to hold his cell phone in his car, a bottle of truffle oil, some chocolates.
Oh, great. We’re not even DOING stocking stuffers this year, and I’m buying those socks for my daughter and niece!
Every year since they’ve turned 8, my pups have gotten a package of firecrackers in their stockings - which they’ve been instructed to hold off until New Year’s Eve. This was a concession I made to DH and his family tradition - he and his brothers all got them every year - I just insisted that DD not be left out of the fun.
Since the pups got older, the thing they appreciate most in the stocking is gift cards to CVS.
This year, I think I will give them each a bottle of pure vanilla extract.

@BunsenBurner - Thanks for the sock tip. I like that the size starts at 5 instead of 6. I’ve got some small footed people, and the one-size-fits-most, really doesn’t work. I just added four items to my Amazon cart from this thread!

I just picked up some aveeno moisturizer, travel size for stockings. It will be good for travel and I got them at a special reduced price—$7.50 for 3 tubes instead of $4.99 apiece. Not as cheap as the vanilla but I will take it.
Just picked up thermal neck warmers that can be pulled up over mouth and nose. Looks perfect for those cold walks across campus.
