Stocking Stuffers - 2025 edition

Have you used any of the hand held fans? Some are better than others. The majority are sold by Chinese companies with tens of thousands of reviews.

As I’ve mentioned before, I’m at Disneyland a couple times a week. Disneyland is not as hot as WDW, but I carry a handheld fan with me most of the year. Personally, I have this one. I’m not sure it is the best available, but I can give my feedback. It is sturdy and relatively lightweight. I’ve tried some that were smaller, but they were flimsy and didn’t help when it was hot. This one charges quickly and holds its charge for several days of use. It cools better than the other handheld fans I’ve tried.

I’m not telling you to get the one that I have, just pointing out to be cautious when there are an unusually high number of reviews.

I’ve mentioned this previously and will mention it again. With Amazon’s dynamic pricing, check www.camelcamelcamel.com to see if you are buying something when the price is high or low.

I’d Do a deeper dive before actually purchasing one.

We don’t celebrate Christmas but if we did, I would be very tempted to buy these for someone:

Oh my Goodness, those are adorable.

I have these on my “buy at some point" list, but I think the price is still a little high and I’m always wary when there are a lot of Vine Costumer reviews. https://www.amazon.com/POLYGONS-FOLDING-MEASURING-SPOONS-Different/dp/B0F3JKXYK2

They would make a great Hanukkah present too…for one of those days!

I bought myself these spoons for myself a few years back and love them. Every possible size and they fit in narrow neck jars.

I got some that look just like these as a gift and they are heavy and work very well.

These soap pouches are great for the bits and pieces that are left as the soap gets used up, and are exfoliating to boot.

Have you used that? Do you put the soap in at when it is a full sized bar or when it is becoming smaller and more difficult to handle?

Yes, I have one. I collect all the soap scraps from the house into one bag. You could put a full bar in and have the loofah effect from the get-go, but we seem to generate soap slivers and ends at a pretty good clip.

If they had dog ones like that, I might have had to pull the trigger for my son!

This wouldn’t work for the people I buy for ( they aren’t Stanley cup lovers) but thought it was a cute idea.

The lid to the cup comes off and you can stuff with a lip balm, cash or other little trinkets they would use

Two items I love that are small enough to fit in a stocking. Both were easy to set up, work ike a charm, and well worth the cost. I’d be sad if I were to ever lose them and would replace them right away.

For a frequent traveler - A dongle to allow you to use your wireless earbuds to listen to onboard entertainment. I love not having a cord tethering me to the screen. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJY56XG3?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1

I have a dongle for planes in my Amazon cart for my kids. But I worry that it’s really easy to forget to take it when getting off the plane. Do you find that you have to work to remember it? Or is it easy? I know it’s a weird question since everyone is different!

The first time I told my husband to remind me, but it wasn’t necessary. Since I’m not one of those people who walk around with earbuds in, I just always pack it back up when I put my earbuds into their case.

I was a Kickstarter backer for the polygon measuring spoons back in 2016 and I’m STILL waiting for my spoons! Just sent the company a reminder that I’m still waiting for them.
