Just got an acceptance email with login info for SOLAR and everything but my portal hasn’t updated to show the acceptance letter, is this normal?

I am confused. Are the decisions for RD rolling? Is there a decision date?
@soontobeprepmom The decisions for Stony is rolling for RD. I got in 3 years ago and basically people who got in heard back before mid-March. Of course, people have gotten rejected before March. Back then, I was able to tell when SOLAR portal changed and had Admitted Students tab, but my brother heard through email a few weeks ago.

Heard from all the SUNYs (Albany Buffalo Binghamton) except for Stony. Applied 10/29. Instate. Wondering what’s taking Stony so long to decide?
