I’ve applied since December and didn’t hear back. If anyone applied EOP, do you think b/c of this and I had to send in additional financial documents this is the reason why it’s taking so long to hear back? My friend is the only one who got in to SBU at my school and the rest who applied got rejected. I’m so anxious to know. I know that they’ve been sending their rejection letters and acceptance letters out recently but I still haven’t heard back. Is this bad? Should I email them to inquire about the status of my application? I keep refreshing my email like I’m crazy lol. I know of one person who heard back from Binghamton as well but I wasn’t qualified for EOP at Bing.
I also applied eop and have sent in all necessary documents awhile back and have yet to hear from them.

Does anybody who has not yet been accepted have the financial services tab? I’m not sure if that tab showed up recently or it was always there

Stony Brook isn’t sending out Fin Aid until the around Mid-March for accepted students. EOP sometimes takes awhile to verify an applicant’s status, but Stony Brook is supposed to be “need blind” in regards to admissions. Is there any possibility you may have received an email asking for more info? Don’t assume that since you may have wrote it in your essay that they will pick up and just know.
You still have until Mid-March for acceptance/denial.

Still no news over here, but overheard that those applying for Engineering have started receiving their decisions (acceptance/rejections) this past week.
@ayeitsmandaxo happened upon decision on the portal, but DS got email shortly after that, by coincidence.

Hi! Very excited! Just got in last night. Applied November 30th and hadn’t heard back. In-state. 92 Gpa. 1290 SAT, 660M, 630E. 4 APs. Tons of extracurricular. Hope this helps someone. It was talking so long to hear back from SBU i got very discouraged.
