<p>Don’t hate! Appreciate! I’m an eighth grader and I have to say I’m okay. Not disrespectful or immature or anything. But yes, the behavior of some of my peers gives the rest of us a bad rep. By the way, about the freshmen getting shorter and shorter, I’m 6,3…Just wanted to let you know.</p>

<p>There was at least one freshman that was trying to approach 7’. Although I think that wasn’t the norm.</p>

Anyway, pretty sure if I was in the US I’d be in the 8th/9th grade, but still, my school has 11 year olds, so I’m not one of the annoying young ones. Who cut lines 
they seem to be getting taller every year, they used to be like 4’ 10 now they are 5’ 6 or whatever. Freaking 11 yr olds, I’m 5’ 1.</p>

<p>^^^ It’s the opposite at my school…the Y7s are shrinking every year. And I haven’t grown in two or three years, so it’s not just my perception.</p>

<p>huh…freshmen at my school aren’t ridiculously short… most of the guys are at least 5’7", and several are at or near 6’0". One or two started out pretty short and then had big growth spurts though. Most girls are done by now, of course [I just hope i’m not… i NEED to make 5’4"!!!].</p>
