Strange 8th Grader

So, I had just picked my sister up from Track practice in my mom’s Chevrolet Aveo hatchback, and I was driving home, and this pack of kids, likely no older than high school freshman considering their diminutive size, was blocking the road, so I had to slow down, and then this one kid said, “You’re cool. You have a f**gy car! >:O”

I found this random act of anger to be at once somewhat amusing but at the same time drew my concern that some people might act like that toward someone that does not know them, even if they are immature and possibly trying to please their 8th grader lady-friends

■■■■■. I love how they try to talk ***** about your car and they’re the ones who have to walk everywhere. 8th graders…SMH.

is mad at Deli for having a car and being able to drive it
is mad in a somewhat more dignified manner than abovementioned 8th grader

:cool:

ha =D

Immature skanky dwarfs.

Is it just me, or are the freshmen getting shorter each year? =O

^You are getting taller perhaps. Or your friends are getting taller even if you aren’t, so freshmen seem shorter.

I = freshie

freshie = me

me = 5’4’'

5’4’'=short?

^You don’t go to my high school…

I = freshie
freshie = me
me = 5’ 1"

happy to break 5’. :P

Believe me, it’s not only you.

I swear, there are days where I’m actually scared that I might topple one of them over because they look so tiny and fragile. This is coming from someone who’s only 5’4" and ~100 lbs lol…

haha when I was a freshman I thought I was so hardcore. Now I have a hate-on for everyone in the grades below me.

did they really yell “greater than colon capital o”?

Eighth graders are lame… they think they are so cool. For the record, I like the Aveo. :)

^^ they did. It was awkward for them to say but they got it out

^ lol it’s so cheap, it doesn’t even have electric windows

haha It’s kind of depressing: when I was a freshman, I thought I would be accepting toward the younger kids, but now I find it nearly impossible :b

One of my old teachers in high school said that freshmen really are getting smaller. She is 5’1" and says that the students are getting closer to her height each year. So it may not just be you.

And 8th grade is an awkward age. You start getting hormones that you don’t know what to do with and you lash out lol.

I think everyone between the ages of 11 and 16 should just be locked up. Society would be so much better off. (This is a semi-joke people, don’t take it too seriously.)

That’s because the height weight is gradually being put towards the width weight.

You should leaned your head out, chuckled, and said in a totally calm, serious voice:

“You mad?”
or even:
“‘Lol’, you mad?”

Stupid 8th graders. Did you say anything in response to their “insult”?

On a related note, my sister is currently in 8th grade and I believe that such is a large part of the reason that I cannot stand her most of the time.

8th, 9th and 10th graders are in general annoying… By junior year they become a lot more pleasant to be with.
