My daughter is looking for structured learning disability programs on the west coast. The kind where you meet with a specialist at least once a week for personalized help with things like organization, time-management, study skills, note taking, test preparation, etc.
Coordinated services and colleges with good LD programs that provide lectures and workshops on these general topics aren’t enough support for her.
We know about Southern Oregon University, and a little further west… University of Denver and University of Colorado - Boulder.
Does anyone know of others in the West, preferably in CA, OR, or WA?
The only Western college that we saw repeatedly on structured LD lists was University of Denver. SOU and CU-Boulder took a lot of digging and research, so I’m wondering if there are more programs out there that are not highly publicized?
