<p>I’m not from NUS, but I am currently studying in Singapore. I’d advice that you take the accommodation offered by the university, instead of staying outside the college (if that was your question).
If you’re asking something intrinsic to NUS, I’d say, it’ll be better if you email the school directly.</p>
<p>@Michael0421: try asking on NUS FB page (I’m not sure whether they have one dedicated to halls/housing), I’m sure many Singaporeans in NUS would be more than willing to share their insights on accommodation matters in NUS.</p>
