Submission of CTP scores

<p>What do the high schools require on behalf of the students seeking admission? Are the CTP ( ERB) scores from 7 Th grade required ? If so why take the ISEE/SSAT as well since they are pretty much similar?</p>

<p>Not every school administers the CTP (ERB). I’ve never heard of them. </p>

<p>As for the rest of the application requirements/procedure, for a selective BS they are very similar to what one would expect for a selective university:</p>

<ul>
<li>standardized test scores</li>
<li>transcripts</li>
<li>teacher recommendations</li>
<li>student essays</li>
<li>interview</li>
<li>extracuriculars</li>
<li>application fee</li>

<p>Schools don’t require the CTP4 scores for 9th grade applications, but if the SSAT or ISEE scores aren’t strong, the 7th grade CTP4 scores may be submitted by the child’s current school as supporting material.</p>
