Suggestions for Junior/Senior Year?

I’m about to wrap up my sophomore year. My overall GPA (for both years) is around 99.5 weighted and 97.2 unweighted.

My Freshman Work Load: APHG, Geometry Honors, Biology Honors, Spanish 1, English 1 Honors, Religion (mandatory at my private school) + electives

Sophomore: World Lit Honors, World History Advanced (opted out of AP because I’m uninterested + stress of baseball without a study hall), Algebra II Honors, Chemistry Honors, Spanish 2 Honors, Religion + electives

Junior: APUSH, AP Chem, American Literature, PreCal Honors, Spanish 3 Honors, Religion + electives

Senior: AP Gov/AP Macro (1 semester courses), AP Calc BC, AP Physics, AP Stats, British Literature + electives.

Sports: Baseball (JV freshman, Varsity from sophomore year onwards)
EC’s/Hobbies: 30 service hours since my freshman year, planning on doing 50 service hours this summer (I hope to have 150/200+ service hours by the time I graduate) and getting a summer job; I play baseball year round (train in fall, HS baseball in spring, travel ball in summer); love wakeboarding, and can solve a rubik’s cube in less than 30 seconds

Plans for clubs junior year: Habitat for Humanity, Science Olympiad, Robotics Team

I plan on spending a lot of my time in the summer preparing for the SAT (taking it once in the fall, once in the spring; will have to see with this new SAT being implemented)
Please help me fill the holes in my “resume” so to speak. I feel as though my EC’s are weak

My dream college is Stanford and will do anything that would increase my chances of being accepted.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Edit: Received a 5 on APHG exam
