<p>While trying to swap sections for a class my son is getting the error message:
The section he is trying to swap into is the same class, same time, just a different professor. The section is open with twenty spaces available. Any thoughts?</p>
<p>Whether instructor consent is required is up to their individual discretion I believe. The same thing happened to me last night.</p>
<p>How did you handle this? Email the professor of the section that you wanted to swap into?</p>
<p>Blueiguana, my son had the same issue just after midnight. He ended up selecting the class he wanted and filling in some justification box. It still shows as “pending” as of a few moments ago. I am not sure if/when he will hear if he gets the class.</p>
