Hello,
I am international student from Korea, though I am not exchange students, different form.
I decided to play sports since most students least join one of the team, or least try to join a team.
What I decided is rather SWIM TEAM or SOCCER TEAM.

The good thing about swim team is you can get such PERFECT body!!!
Like after I swim for an hour, and see my body, it’s awesome!
And girls from swim team,WOW!..
I can swim 25m lane which is in YMCA about 40 times with free style(which is 1 km), and I believe I can do more than that since I am keep improving, maybe few kms.

The other sports I am considering is soccer. Good thing about soccer is you get strong leg?? Some say they are ugly, and I rather like swimmer’s body than soccer player’s body.
Though what my friends tell me is, you do not look like athletic person, though you are pretty attractive…(don’t be mad.,) I agree, mostly whole my body simply look not really athletic person. Though I have good body since I work out a lot and I swim.
I am playing soccer just for recreational and it past about 2weeks. I can feel my whole body and feeling is little bit changing to atheltic person. Since the sports is rough and the way you play.

Though if I can choose one sport, I would rather be on swim team. Swimming season is now(fall) and soccer season is (winter, spring) so I can play both sports. Though I don’t think I will keep play soccer for rest of my life, since it is rough… But swimming is such great sport to get perfect body and you can do rest of my life. And,I brag at school I am going to try out for soccer,I am jerk. I am 5’ 10 1/2’’ and 152 lb. What do you think?

I think they are both kind of boring sports. Swimming is an individual sport and there is no impact, but soccer isnt very rough either, like football. I wouldnt want to be on the swim team cause of the swim suits. Its wierd.

I think its funny how in USA we call football soccer. I think US football should have to change the name of the sport cause i bet soccer was called football before us football was even invented.

I’m a swimmer but I’d say don’t do it just 'cause you want a great body LOL. Unless you’re top tier, a lot of swimmers still have high fat content relative to other athletes. Also, 25m 40 times doesn’t mean a lot. You should figure out if you’re more of a sprinter or long-distance person for races, but also be prepared to swim 2-3000m or more at practice if your swim team is legit.
