Woke up to 6 tabs as well! Transfer audit was generated on the 10th. Still see my first major in AIS, so can I assume that’s the one I’m in for?
My son is applying for Technology Management (College of Education and Human Development) as a transfer student. The Transfer Course Sheet lists “Required or Recommended Coursework.” Most majors list “required” coursework, but Technology Management is worded differently and says “required or recommended.” My son is missing one life and physical science class, which he is taking now in summer school. Does anyone know if he will be considered or not? He had a 3.36 fall semester and 4.0 spring semester at OU, and finished with a 3.67 GPA (30 hours). He emailed the academic advisor for Technology Management with proof of his summer school science class. He submitted his final OU transcript on May 22, and his transcript is listed under received documents on May 26 but he still has a red X on his application status. No Transfer Audit yet either. Just wondering if science is a “required” or “recommended” class, and if he even has a chance at being admitted. Also wondering if anyone knows when he might receive an answer. This wait is excruciating!
If you go back to the Transfer Course Sheet for your son’s major - scroll down to a section called Coursework Timeline …there’s 5 bullet points there that may help.
Did he receive a reply from the Academic Advisor for Tech Management? Hopefully they would be able to guide /assist with your questions.
The transfer audit only happens once there are green check marks at all the required documents that need to be submitted/received/verified.
Hang in there but I agree the wait could be made so much easier if you knew he had met all the required/recommended courses.
Hi everyone, my transfer audit report got updated on 06/14. It also changed to my second major which is Electrical Engineering (first major in Computer Science). I’m currently 3.75 gpa with 76 credits and I don’t really have many credits for second major (maybe 4). Do you think I have a good chance of getting in? I also have 2 W in my transcript, this might be a big factor in receiving a denial, I assume.
Is anyone else still waiting for an updated transfer audit and for their AIS to update to “complete and in review”? I’m applying for economics and still waiting
Has anyone who was deferred for spring grades hear back yet?
I applied for Computer Science, and haven’t heard back. I called admission office yesterday. They said all decision will be released by the end of June.
How long after y’all have gotten all the tabs on howdy, does it take to see that you’ve been accepted?

I’ve been getting emails and information as if I’ve been accepted, but then it doesn’t show it yet?
Does anyone know if the Howdy tabs update regularly or just in the morning?

Gigem16, my son applied for economics in February and his application was held for spring grades. He sent his transcript a month ago but nothing has been updated on his transfer audit or on his AIS. He has been told there are delays due to COVID.

Yes, it’s still there as my first major. I submitted all they required in February. But I haven’t got any audit report yet. I doubt I’m in their backup pool. Just in case some people denies their offer…

I actually don’t think I stand a good chance for that. I got rejected by UT yesterday. And my application with TAMU has never updated anything yet. Did you have your transfer audit report available in Howdy? If that’s the case, I bet you probably will be admitted. First audit, then six tabs, finally admission. That’s the process I observed from other posts. Anyway, good luck to you!

Everyone will get a degree audit. Just FYI. Tabs only come after admission. As long as your first choice major is still there, you are still in it!! Hang in there!!!

My Audit showed up today! (5/18) Says it was generated (5/17). My spring grades were received (5/27)! Now on to the scary waiting
@lucywang025 I also got rejected from UT Austin. That’s to be expected since the major is pretty competitive and my GPA isn’t that high.
About Texas A&M, I got “transfer audit report” on 03/26, got “Transfer Deny Request Spring Grades” on 4/15 and the newest transfer audit report on 06/14. At this point, my first major, which is CS, denied me. Anyhow, I got admitted to Electrical Engineering (my second major) today. However, I’m not sure whether taking it or not, since I prefer CS more.
I heard the decisions will be sent out at the end of June or early July, so I would recommend you to give them a call and check your status. Good luck to you!
@PotatoBrandon Thanks. I contacted admission office and was asked to write them an email to request more information. My status is really weird. It looks like my application get lost in a huge pile of applications. LOL. BTW, quite a few of software engineers majored in Electrical Engineering, so cheer up!
