AIS is working again for me, but no changes.
AIS is working fine for me but no changes
No maintenance here! No changes either. I am a biology major.
AIS is also back for me with no changes
No changes after AIS. Still 3 tabs
@LeStaphSergeant Not sure you meant this… but AIS will not change before the 3 tabs change to 6 and that is on Howdy, not AIS. Just wanted to be sure you’re looking at the right place and not waiting for AIS changes… takes forever!
tagee2 same here. bio major, no changes.
No change.
In my previous post last night I stated that on the tamu website I found that I should indicate if I am interested in McAllen. I was wondering if showing interest would interefere with any chance of going to cstat?
Be honest please, If i still have 3 tabs at this point does that mean i will not get in?
I don’t think that means that you’re not going to get in, only that there is no decision yet.
Has anyone been accepted with an education major?
@cottoncandy1 I suppose that RELLIS could be an option as well. We shall see, I suppose, if any of those decisions start popping up. Right now, all I see is a direct application to the program but it very well could be like McAllen, and depend on what majors they offer, to who might be offered that pathway. Time will tell.
A quote from the website shows that it is a transition program like the other Blinn offers/options.
This shared location will allow Blinn College students to complete their freshman and sophomore-level coursework prior to their seamless transfer to leading universities throughout The Texas A&M University System also located at RELLIS.
no news - Daughter is Interdisciplinary Studies for Special needs education. still in review.
@Thelma2 My daughter’s 1st major is Ag Econ. Still no news. Would it help if she let Admissions know she would like to do the PSA at Tarleton, or is that something Admissions will do anyway if she is not a direct Admit?
Should I say I am interested in McAllen or will it change my ability of being admitted to cstat??? Anyone?
It seems as though Admissions is locked into looking at what has already been submitted. I don’t think it will make a difference to you at this point.
In the initial TAMU applytexas application, it was stated that cstat admissions would be preferred for EVERYONE, but they gave the option of letting folks say at that point whether they would consider other options.
Admissions reached out to a few applicants earlier on to ask them specifically about site choice, but they seem to have been giving out admissions in recent days to various sites without requesting whether that is ok with the applicant. This is my impression, anyway.
I believe Admissions is really trying to accommodate the applicants the best they can, wherever that may be.
I just looked into the RELLIS program and it looks pretty cool honestly! If i don’t get into a&m and even being offered psa i still plan on going to blinn to start my college career in college station. The facility opens in August. Seems like a great option!
@tagee2 what is RELLIS??
