@Tuppence22 We had actually considered this at one point (just not going for a year) when we were under the mistaken impression that our son would lose his instate tuition benefit for OK when we move to Texas this summer. Now that I know he can keep in-state tuition for all four years at OU no matter where we live, I think he will just go there if he gets offered PSA from TAMU. Now I just need to somehow figure out how to keep my job with OU while living 5 hours away…lol.
My daughter’s friend literally just got 6 tabs, but her AIS is not updated. I should know this, but does 6 tabs usually mean CS or can it also mean Galveston, etc.?

@Tuppence22 My son’s Manage Applications showed Blinn Team. If I remember, the next day his AIS showed TEAB - CS. I think others that were admitted to Galveston showed a “GV”. Are they showing a certain code?
@Tuppence22 we know of a applicant that did that last year for TAMU. Applied for the Spring and got in. It is a risk. But as others have said, you cant take any classes otherwise you are a transfer student. If you want to work and save some money may be a good option. It does put your behind other classmates in hours potentially but could always make it up in the summer.
Oh my goodness. Checked this morning and both majors tabs are still gone. In Manage Applications, I still have BS-AERO for College Station. Still 3 tabs
What could this mean?!
So someone received 6 tabs in Howdy today. Also, it has been a full day since the change majors button disappeared but no PSA has been offered. These two facts have revived a sliver of hope for me and my son.
@Ross2729 @camrynashley There have been students appeal their PSA decision in the past and be admitted to Gateway. Understand that you must supply new and compelling information that was not part of the original application.

Since the article was written they have formed a partnership with Blinn. New campus is scheduled to open this fall not far from CStat campus.
Both of my daughters change majors are gone also. Will there be a letter that uploads with options?

@TAMUAg I beleive only yet Blinn building is opening this fall. THe other academic building for the System schools open next fall. THey just had a ground breaking. But this is one of the plans that A&M has in the long run.
There was some previous discussion of RELLIS. Some majors will be available this fall.
