@timmytom cumulative was 3.33… I am also unable to register for NSC. I think they are just inundated with Freshman and transfer admissions. Hopefully we will all feel more settled soon!!
There will be plenty of classes available but core classes like Communication, specifically, fills up before even sophomores register in the semester. it’s crazy.
My daughter was a transfer from Oklahoma State. Everything she took transferred, even a class that’s one credit for freshmen transferred as general elective. Once you meet with advisor, they can tell you what transfers for what, so don’t lose hope. They took my daughters Ag econ class to take place of Acct 209. Didn’t see that coming… but she was thrilled. So there really are options out there. Have you looked at the transfer equivalency website. It’ll show you specifics and then the advisor can work their magic as well. Best of Luck!!!
My son was just admitted today. He was deferred for Spring grades. He was PTA for Allied Health. WHOOP!!!

@tagee2 yeah I called a bunch of people today and they said it’s an error on admissions end. Now that it’s the weekend it probably won’t get fixed until Monday but I’ll call again Monday to get it fixed

Anyone who applied to College of Education, how long after you sent in your transcript did you hear back with your decision? 
My major is human resource development and I was deferred for spring grades.

I applied for the interdisciplinary studies in the college of education and got deferred because i didn’t meet the hours requirement at the time , on 5/23 i sent my final transcript into TAMU but i haven’t heard anything since… nothing has updated for me on AIS and they haven’t even processed my transcript, is this normal? I have a 3.2 cumulative GPA with 35 graded transferable hours (41 total), any help would be greatly appreciated!

@alterego1 I would call to confirm they have everything they need. Once processed, you’ll get the degree audit and then a decision follows that… hopefully sooner than later.

After a year at Blinn and working hard my daughter finally got accepted today. I feel like telling all kids who work hard and still don’t get in, going the Blinn route can work. And to be clear this wasn’t Blinn team but year at Blinn making good grades. I hope all of the hopefuls on this page get good news soon.
