taxi?

My d flies into Richmond and goes to the Groome Transportation kiosk once she arrives to get the next shuttle to Williamsburg (follow the signs for ground transportation). Last year it cost $44 one-way - you should also tip the driver. I believe the shuttle leaves the airport on the hour. When are you arriving? You may have to pay extra if you have a number of bags. Often there are several students in the shuttle car, but I’d expect that more over holidays than for move-in.

Here’s the link, with info about the service area. [<<< Groome Transportation >>>](Shared Airport Shuttle Service - Groome Transportation - Book Now)

Since you’re an international student moving in as a freshman, I suggest you call W & M for more precise information. Maybe the Dean of Students, or whatever contact number you’ve been given as an international student. Is one of your parents flying in with you?
