I am a local, they have a huge dorm going up on the east side of campus right now. There are also a ton of what we call “stealth dorms” going up within walking distance. I think each student gets a bedroom and bathroom, and all share a kitchen and living area and there is space on the lot for some parked cars. Old homes are literally going down by the day. Call a local realtor to get an idea how much they go for. Much of the on campus housing is almost brand new and beautiful, but I assume the students are ready to move off campus by 3rd year to have access to a kitchen. Again, a lot of housing in walking distance, super safe in the day (but I would drive at night, but I think that is good advice anywhere urban).

I know they have previously announced ED on social but not sure they announce EA.

How do you know if admitted to business school. My sons says Neeley but a link that says action needed.
Son accepted into B school, but didn’t see anything on merit. Where do you find on website?
You don’t get admitted to Neeley until your Junior year at TCU
