Following. My twins received that as well and I just assumed everyone got that invite. That is how BU does it.
I don’t think if a student was invited to apply to honors program means they will automatically be admitted. This just means any scores or grades are in the upper range of applicants

Hi Frog Fan, I spoke with admissions and is it true applications are up again this year? I know that for fall 2023 there was 20.5k and for fall 2024 it was 22.3k. Admissions told me it is expected to go up again this year? Let me know if you have any information on this.
Well…they didn’t notify EA on December 1st…Anyone have insights as to when it might happen? Oops I see the above post about December 19th
I’m seeing conflicting info. Some are saying Early Decision is on the 19th and Early Action is on the 5th. Can anyone comfirm?
I would expect it to go down. TCU is falling in the rankings and there are better schools that are far cheaper. It is true that last year they had 22.3K applications.

Just confirmed that is wrong. ED-5th, EA-19th. Sorry about that.
@FrogFan001 indicated above that ED will be the 6th. Did you see the 5th somewhere else?
I did see Admissions posted on IG today with “check link in bio” for dates, etc. But there are over 50 links in their Linktree and I never found the one that provides the update they referenced in the post. Did anyone else? Is that where you saw the 5th @BMck01

The 6th is correct.
Everyone does not get the invite. I recieved the invite but two of my friends who also applied EA did not get the invite - I do have a better GPA and Class Rigor than them. So I assume there must be some threshold in order to be sent out.
TCU Admission Insta posted this morning, ED released today by 5:15 CT. Good Luck all… Go Frogs!
